Mỗi tuần đều có nhiều sinh viên bay đến các nước Anh, Mỹ, Canada, châu Âu, châu Á… chỉ là cần tuân theo các chính sách an toàn, như tiêm phòng trước khi bay, test covid lại lần cuối trong vòng 72 tiếng đồng hồ trước khi bay, xếp lịch đón và nơi cách ly trước khi bay….
Riêng với Úc, quốc đảo này đã RẤT CẨN TRỌNG trong quản lý tình hình covid, mặc dù đây là nước có ít ca nhiễm- ca chết vì Covid nhất nhì thế giới. Tuy nhiên, cuối cùng thì đã đến lúc Úc MỞ CỬA CHO SINH VIÊN QUỐC TẾ, với tất cả các bang đã đệ trình chương trình và lộ trình đón sinh viên vào Úc và bang đầu tiên được chính phủ phê duyệt là bang Nam Úc, nơi có các trường công lập:
- Đại học Adelaide, Đại học Nam Úc, Đại học Flinders;
- TAFE Nam Úc
- Các trường phổ thông bang Nam Úc
Các DHS Nam Úc nói riêng và DHS Úc nói chung lưu ý:

- ĐỐI TƯỢNG có thể sang Úc NHỮNG ĐỢT ĐẦU là các sinh viên >=18 tuổi, đang có visa du học Úc, đã đang học online hoặc chuẩn bị học online, học những ngành có liên quan đến thực hành thực tập trước rồi đến sinh viên học các khối ngành khác.
- THỜI GIAN thực hiện- bắt đầu ngay nửa sau của 2021, khi các công tác hậu cần đã xong và đảm bảo an toàn.

1. What is the progress on the plan to return international students to Adelaide? // Kế hoạch đưa sinh viên quốc tế trở lại Adelaide có tiến triển gì?
The Australian government has approved South Australia’s plan to safely return international students to Adelaide. South Australia is the first state in Australia to receive this endorsement. It is an important first of a number of steps required to bring international students back to South Australia.
2. Can I travel to Adelaide for study now?// Hiện giờ, tôi có thể đến Adelaide để học ngay không?
No. Australia’s borders are currently closed to temporary visa holders, including international students and entry to Australia remains strictly controlled. Travel to Australia is only available for people who are exempt or have been granted an individual exemption. Further information about exemptions can be found here.
Travel restrictions are subject to change in response to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19. Please visit Department of Home Affairs (https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/travel-restrictions) to stay informed with the latest updates.
3. When will students be able to return to Adelaide under this plan?// Khi nào học sinh có thể trở lại Adelaide theo kế hoạch này?
It is anticipated that students will start to return to Adelaide in the second half of 2021
4. Can students from all countries return to Adelaide under this plan?// Có phải sinh viên từ tất cả các quốc gia có thể trở lại Adelaide theo kế hoạch này không?
A range of countries and regions will be included in the returning students plan, and, as with all elements of the plan, this will be guided by advice provided by relevant state and national health agencies.
5. Where is the quarantine facility? // Cơ sở kiểm dịch tại đâu?
The dedicated quarantine facility, using pre-existing purpose-built student accommodation, is located at the Flight Training Adelaide (FTA) Parafield site, about a 30-minute drive from the city centre.
6. How long will the facility be used for?
Cơ sở này sẽ được sử dụng trong bao lâu?
The facility will be used for as long as there is a requirement for this type of quarantine service.
7. How much will quarantine cost and who will pay for it?
Chi phí kiểm dịch là bao nhiêu và ai sẽ chi trả?
The cost of quarantine is still being calculated. It will be paid for by students and the education institutions participating in the program.
8. How many students can be quarantined at one time?// Có bao nhiêu học sinh có thể bị cách ly cùng một lúc?
The quarantine facility will house 160 students at one time.
9. Is it compulsory to quarantine?// Việc kiểm dịch có phải là bắt buộc không?
Yes, everyone travelling to Australia from overseas is required to quarantine in a dedicated facility. Therefore, all students who wish to return to Adelaide will need to quarantine at the FTA facility for a full 14 days. Students will be tested throughout their quarantine period and will need to return a negative COVID-19 result to leave the facility.
10. I have received a COVID-19 vaccination, do I still need to quarantine?// Tôi đã được tiêm vắc- xin COVID-19, tôi có cần phải cách ly không?
Yes, all returning travellers are required to quarantine even if they are fully vaccinated.
11. How will students be selected?// Học sinh sẽ được chọn như thế nào?
The selection process is still being determined. It will involve a combination of factors including health requirements regarding travel and quarantine, individual course requirements, quarantine capacity and airline connectivity. A valid passport and student visa will be required.
12. Do I need to be vaccinated to participate in the return program?// Tôi có cần phải tiêm vắc- xin để tham gia chương trình trở lại không?
No, proof of vaccination is not a requirement for any returning traveller at this stage, including students.
13. Is there a minimum age to participate in the program?// Có quy định độ tuổi tối thiểu để tham gia chương trình không?
Yes. A student currently needs to be 18 years or older to be eligible to return to Adelaide on this program.
Students currently studying in Year 11 or 12 at a South Australian school, can find further information in the subject ‘Individual exemptions’ on this webpage here.
Students are advised to contact their school if they are seeking to travel to Adelaide using this exemption.
14. Is there anything I can do to prepare to return to Adelaide?/ Tôi có thể làm gì để chuẩn bị cho việc trở lại Adelaide?
